North Fulton Hold 'em. Grab a partner, split a deck of cards. Help you team mate out if you finish your cards first.
Hearts=Tire Flips
Diamonds = DB Push Press 35/25
Spades = Lateral Hops (over parallettes or barbell with plates)
Clubs = Toes to Bars
Joker = rope climb
Once you complete the open WOD you MUST log in and enter your score so it can be validated today.This is very important because this WOD closes out tomorrow. We want all your hard work to count!!!!!
