What is toe to bar?

i was going to ask the same thing. Good luck Blake.

think knees to elbows... but you have to extend your legs, touching your toes to the bar. it's not as weird/tough as it sounds, but it's no cake walk either.

I heard there is no swinging/kipping allowed...

Blake....you are an incredible athlete and an even better person. CFNF will not be the same without you...good luck to you bro!

Blake, take care of yourself and keep in touch with everyone here at CFNF. You will be missed!

yeah i don't think you're supposed to. it's much harder to kip anyways, since you have to bring you entire lower body up.
this workout is awesome; i highly recommend it.
best of luck blake! this place won't be the same without you!

Hi All - Thanks for your kind words. I appreciate the support. I am seriously going to miss CrossFit NF more then anything else in Atlanta.
I promise to be a good ambassador for CF up in Virginia. I think I am going to make a PUKIE bucket for my players. It will be a right of passage for them
Keep in touch. If anyone finds themselves in northern Virginia or DC area please give me a shout. I'll be back as soon as possible!

Would have been more excited if this was Breeze's last day, but at times you have to live with disappointment.
Best of luck Blake. Always tell the players how you won State and that you started 3 years for the Cats! It makes you feel better about being a washed up ex player and they think you are a god.
On the bright side now at least we all have a chance of getting the best times in the gym.

hahahaha Gdog, always so nice!
Good luck blake, see you in Virginia in a month or so.

All the best Blake. I already told you how much we'd miss you and you've had like 10 last day parties;) so ENOUGH already right?
Let us know if we can help you in the future.
peace.

Blake,
I tried my best to beat you on your last day....but was unable. You are the class of the gym, in a lot of ways!
Those kids don't know how good they'll have it with a coach like you.
Just remember to go easy on my Hayfield Hawks...maybe let the kids play some soft zone and let them at least get some yards between the 20's.
Best to you!

Blake, I'm sad to see you go but I'm glad you're going off to do something you enjoy. Have fun and come back down to visit!
