Hey, I know the posting usually low on Saturday. But let us know how it goes. We are in NC having a great time with family at Great Wolf Lodge. We hate to miss today's WOD. We are getting a bit of a WOD here as every slide is 3 to 4 stories up of stairs! Collin is the slide king!

So you think you will be better, or worse of an athlete for having a harder 400m course?
your "time" doesn't matter. results do.
