Good WOD. I ran with a metronome this am. I think it helped.
110# thrusters unbroken, jumping MU,walked on last two runs at top of hill. 28 something.

Two things:
what is a jumping mu and nice picture Pistol!

A jumping Muscle Up. This way you get to work on the transition phase of the MU.

This must be payback for the HSPU WOD.

Pebbles, you are bad-ASS!!!!
great job this morning 6am crew,
so great to see Robin back!
sorry for the whining on my arch-nemesis ring dips, Brad . . .

oh and I just got finished scrolling thru the "competitors" page on the Garage Games,
two words: "Good. Lord."

I also want to make a public apology for my JUMP ROPE FIT on Saturday. I am not usually someone who gets in a tizzy over gym equipment (or too much of anything really). Just a bad morning I guess.
Anyway, sorry for the "bitch fest" and thank you Brad and Kim for ordering more ropes ;) (they were laughing at me this am)
I am sooo looking forward to seeing you guys compete this week-end. Garrett and I are going to make a day of it on Saturday.
Thanks for the shout out Xena.

I hate that I missed it...I was too busy enjoying my new Pumps

Wait...jumping MU's were an option?
That was a deceivingly tiring WOD...especially with half a lung. Great job lunch crew

I thought I would have better time than I did....And if I knew how to do my muscle-ups...my time would have been better.....great to sweat though...great job lunch crew...

Just did the same Xena - thought it was kinda cool that a couple of my fraternity brothers from Auburn are competing. One of em (Kevin Lowe) looks like a competitor!

Thanks Kim for letting Blake and I do a test run with the 120-lb sandbag.
I am looking forward to an exciting and fun weekend at the Games.
