Took me 23 minutes to do this WOD. 10 minutes of it were probably spent on HSPU. I am getting closer to RXing those with a kip. DId all 50 swings ina a row.
So then I wanted to see how many burpees I could do before I stopped and I got to 45 which is the most I have done in a row I think.
Good WOD. Hoping for some heavy and/or overhead stuff tomorrow!!

That was hard as shit. HSPU were a bit rough for me after yesterday. 18:19, Ben, you beat me by 11 seconds!!! Meatball did a victory dance after she got done with HS's before me! Not very nice.

Looking forward to coming in making up yesterday's WOD... I did "Michael" at home with my wife this AM in 18:30 but had to sub Good Morning's with a 45lb bar for back extensions.
