My time 9:24rx...thanks for yelling at me meatball...I actually don't mind this workout...Great job to Trey(2:58rx)...and Sammy..(6 and some change RX...)...had fun with the lunch crowd...Pebbles..your time was great...I posted the results of the attendance challenge...great job guys...Anyone want to do a summer challenge??? After the 30 day diet challenge of course.....I am so thirsty for a Dos Equis....see everyone at lunch tomorrow.

6:12....:03 PR....but a PR nonetheless! Thanks Brad for the encouragement. I tried to pace myself and did better even tho I am far from being in the best shape I have been. That bodes well for a 5 minute time soon!
