95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

I for one am shocked and dismayed to notice that everyone else from our gym who is Level 1 certified has a bio. I paid good money for that Cert and am just as qualified to countdown from 3 and start the timer as anybody else up there! I demand remedies and reparations or else I shall defect to a better box.

One of my favorite WOD's. The weight is manageable and it ultimately catches up with you. 11 rounds Rx today. Up from 8 rounds 6 months ago.

got a PR on my deadlifts today...217....enjoyed the WOD with Brandon, Jan, and Tom..great job everyone.....I got 6 rounds rx...15 min AMRAP...legs are still sore from back squats on Monday....day TWO in the books for the week...see everyone tomorrow...P.S. I am totally down for some bowling...JPO...our cruise director ...count me in!!!
