I will post an alt WOD in the am too but I agree with meatball it's good to try new stuff! You could sub inch worm push ups for wall climbs and mountain climbers for grasshoppers if need be.
J- 1st grade and up although we have had a few kindergarten siblings sneak in ;)
The kids are so fun and they have a great time and work hard. Monday one of our 7 year olds did 135 box jumps on the red box and 30 unassisted pull ups! I had an 11 year old do over 100 box jumps on a 30 inch box that day too! Kids r amazing.

Alt WOD is 3 rounds: 400m run, 20 hammer strikes, 20 up downs, 20 Wall Ball Sit Ups.
Come in and check out Caswell's BIG hammer!

HQ WOD was fun this morning. Always cool to do new things. Wall climbs got difficult quickly as you're using your shoulders for stability a good bit in the rest of the WOD.

Way to set the pace this morning Mark. Glad I had someone to push me to a strong finish.
