then
15 Min
400m run / 500m row (only once)
then with remaining time collect as many rounds as possible of :
10 Ball Slams 20/14
10 Hang Power Cleans 95/65
10 Hand Release Push Ups.
Post rounds to comments.
Dip Ladder 1-5 x 3 (add a vest if you have one)
Then.....
In 15 MINUTES:
Run 400m or Row 500m ONE TIME then collect As Many Rounds/Reps As Possible of:

I'll be in at lunch to hit the open WOD!! Anyone who wants to see 18 rounds in 18 minutes needs to be there. LOL!

I meant 9 rnds and 15 box jumps in 18 mins. That WOD just smoked me. Good luck to all who are still to go, you guys are going to kill it!!

Agreed Ben. That wod smoked me too. Tough one! Good luck tonight everyone. I got 7 rounds 15 box jumps and 9 push press. My advice would be to not put down the barbell if you can do that or rest on your shoulders. I did box jumps slow but consistent and T2B just SUCKED after about round 5.
Looking forward to some Spartan fun tomorrow!
